ALL PATRONS AGES 12 & UP ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION TO ENTER TOULOUSE THEATRE.
CHILDREN UNDER 12 MAY BE ADMITTED WITH PROOF OF A NEGATIVE COVID-19 PCR TEST TAKEN WITHIN THE PAST 72 HOURS.
Please provide one of the following along with your state-issued ID for entry into the venue:
- Your vaccination card or a photo of your vaccination card
- A digital vaccine record from your state issued phone app
If you are accompanying a child under the age of 12, you will be asked to provide the following:
- Negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time
Due to city-mandated guidelines, antigen tests will not be accepted for entry into the venue.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED EXCEPT WHEN ACTIVELY DRINKING.
All attendees to events at the Toulouse Theatre will be required to wear face coverings over their mouth and nose at all times. Face coverings should be snugly fitted and completely cover the nose and mouth. Toulouse Theatre will provide disposable masks for any attendees who do not have one, subject to availability.
All attendees, performers, and staff will undergo a brief temperature check upon arrival.
All Toulouse Theatre staff are required to provide proof of vaccination and undergo a temperature check upon arrival at the venue.
No outside food or drink will be allowed inside the venue. Personal water bottles will be allowed.
Ticket scanning and box office sales will be contactless wherever possible.
Cash will not be accepted at the box office.
Instituted CDC-recommended cleaning practices before and after shows, particularly cleaning of “high touch” surfaces.
Important: Please note that any guests arriving without verification proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 rapid test for children under the age of 12 will not be admitted into the venue and will be instructed to email tickets@toulousetheatre.com to receive a partial refund (service charges will not be refunded). Refunds will not be processed at the door.
