What items are prohibited?
Outside food and beverage are not allowed in the concert hall. Outside beverages are not allowed in the lobby bar or the concert hall.
Firearms are strictly prohibited in accordance with state law. The venue does not permit weapons of any kind, including pocket knives or defensive sprays, and all guests are subject to search.
Large backpacks are not allowed, and all bags are subject to search.
Professional-grade cameras with removable lenses and Go-Pros are not allowed without a press credential, requested in advance: press@toulousetheatre.com.
What are your COVID-19 safety protocols?
Access to Toulouse Theatre will be restricted to guests meeting the criteria set forth in the current City of New Orleans covid-19 safety guidelines at the time of the event.

Are there any age restrictions?
Toulouse Theatre is an all ages facility, however certain events do have age limits. Please check the ticketing page for any event you wish to attend to confirm the age restrictions for that event.
Do you sell food?
Toulouse does not currently serve food on a regular basis, but food may be available at certain events or in the future. Follow us on social media to receive updates about food offerings at specific events or pop-ups.
What kind of beverages do you sell?
We have a full bar, featuring beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages (soft drinks and water). Bars are located in the lobby, the concert hall, and in the premium mezzanine area.

What is the smoking policy?
Toulouse is a non-smoking facility. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside of the theatre or within 12 feet of the entrances.
Patrons wishing to smoke during ticketed events must first receive a wristband for re-entry.
The Toulouse staff reserves the right to refuse or revoke re-entry privileges at any time and without prior notice.
Is there seating?
Most of the events at Toulouse are general admission, standing-room only. Ticketed seating is offered only for certain shows, and if available, you will have the option to purchase seats during the ticket purchasing process. An extremely limited number of seats can be made available by request for disabled/pregnant individuals and up to one companion in accordance with ADA guidelines. Where should I park?
Toulouse Theatre does not have any on site parking facilities, however there are several nearby paid parking options available, operated by Premium Parking:

What is the Refund Policy?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered unless a show is cancelled. If you are denied entry as a result of non-compliance with current health & safety protocols, a partial refund may be made available, subject to both artist and venue approval.
Is Toulouse Theatre accessible to patrons with disabilities?
We are committed to making our performances accessible to all patrons.
The lobby bar and concert hall are both wheelchair accessible, however the Toulouse is located in an historic building and our mezzanine level is not wheelchair accessible.
Is Re-entry allowed?
Re-entry is typically allowed for ticketed events.
Patrons wishing to exit and re-enter a ticketed event must receive a re-entry credential from a Toulouse staff member prior to exiting the facility. There are no exceptions to this policy.
